Austria to sue EU if it backs UK nuclear plant

Austria will take the European Commission to the EU's top court if it approves Britain's plans for a new €20 billion nuclear plant, the Chancellor said Saturday. A number of EU countries say the plan to guarantee the price of power produced in the plant breaches EU state aid rules.
