Joint Press Statement by the EU, Russia and Ukraine on the trilateral negotiations:
‘With respect to the state-of-play of the trilateral negotiations concerning gas supply from Russia to Ukraine, Vice-President Oettinger, Minister Prodan and Minister Novak announce the following:
Following the proposed Protocol in Berlin on September 26, the process for agreement of the terms of the Protocol is currently ongoing. The exact day and place for the next negotiations will be set next week.’
