Finnish justice chief endorses Russia nuclear project

The Finnish chancellor of justice said Thursday that the country's minister for economic affairs did nothing wrong when signing a deal with Russia's state nuclear energy company Rosatom for a new nuclear plant. Rosatom will own about 34 percent of the plant, reports Yle.
