Malmstrom gets green light from EP trade committee

Incoming EU trade commissioner Cecilia Malmstrom i has been given the green light from the European Parliament's trade committee following a three-hour long hearing on Monday assessing her expertise for the post. Malmstrom tweeted that she is "happy and proud" to have been confirmed by the committee.
