Austria threatens court action against UK nuclear plant

Austrian environment minister Rupprechter has told the Kurier daily that if the European Commission approves a British plan to build a new nuclear reactor at Hinkley Point then Austria will launch a challenge at the EU court. "This scandal has to be fought by all legal means possible," she said.
