EU and Russia to hold new gas talks

The EU will hold fresh talks with Russia and Ukraine on September 26 in a bid to settle their dispute over gas supplies to Ukraine, AFP reports. Russia says that Ukraine owes €4.1 billion in unpaid bills, with the two sides still to agree on the price for future supplies.
