EU warns Serbia on South Stream

The European Commission has said it has no power to stop Serbia from building Russia's South Stream gas pipeline. But it warned that the pipe will not be allowed to ship gas into the EU until it complies with EU law and that construction could hard Serbia's EU entry attempts.
