Spain's commissioner candidate sells oil shares

The EU's incoming energy and climate commissioner Miguel Arias Canete i said on Tuesday he is selling his shares in oil firms Petrolifera Ducar and Petrologis Canarias to avoid any conflict of interest ahead of a grilling by the European Parliament.
