Finland wants to delay Russia sanctions

Finland's prime minister Alexander Stubb i told reporters on Tuesday that the implementation of EU-imposed Russian sanctions should not be rushed, reports the Wall Street Journal. "Finland in general isn't of the opinion that now is the right time [for the sanctions]," he said. Finland has a 1,300km border with Russia.
