EU leaders warn Putin of further sanctions

The leaders of Germany, the UK and Italy on Thursday separately warned Russian President Vladimir Putin that the EU may impose further sanctions on Russia in response to the incursion of Russian troops into Ukrainian territory, as reported by the Ukrainian authorities and Nato. EU leaders will discuss sanctions Saturday.
