France says Russian troops in Ukraine 'intolerable'

French leader Hollande told French ambassadors at a meeting Thursday it is "intolerable and unacceptable" if Russian soldiers are directly involved in Ukraine fighting following reports by Ukraine and by the US of a new, Russian-backed offensive in the south-east of the country. EU leaders will discuss the situation Saturday.
