Renzi reform slims Senate, reduces posts

Italian PM Matteo Renzi i's constitutional reforms passed the Senate on Friday by 183 votes, with 4 abstentions and no votes against. The 5-Star Movement, leftwing SEL and Northern League MPs walked out before the vote. The Senate will deal with constitutional matters and be cut from 315 to 100 senators.
