EU commission calls on Israel to end Gaza blockade

The EU commission has said Israel needs to remove its blockade on Gaza and allow the besieged city to develop its sea port, reports the AP. "It's very important that the blockage of Gaza is lifted so that there can be movement of necessary goods, materials," said a commission spokesperson.
