Nato unprepared for Russia threat

Nato is ill-prepared to confront new threats posed by Russia, a report by the UK parliament's Defence Committee said Wednesday. It found deficiencies in its forces, its command structure and the its ability to predict and warn about potential attacks, reports the Guardian.
