Four Putin 'cronies' to be added to EU blacklist

EU ambassadors have agreed to expand an existing Russia blacklist by eight individuals and three entities. Out of the eight persons, four are "cronies" close to Russian President Vladimir Putin i. The names will be published in the EU official journal Wednesday. The list currently includes 87 individuals and 20 organisations.
