Russia to appeal $50bn fine

Russia said it would appeal a decision by an international court to settle a $50bn fine for expropriating former oil producer Yukos. Russian's finance ministry described the ruling as "flawed", "one-sided" and "politically biased" and that the court in the Hague "had no jurisdiction", reports the BBC.
