Russian oligarchs moving money out of London

Russian oligarchs are moving money from London following threats of tough financial sanctions after the attack on Flight MH17, reports the Daily Telegraph. A UK government spokesperson said sanctions already taken show a "correlation with some of the financial flows we have seen across Europe including here in London."
