Further EU summit on Russia not excluded

EU foreign ministers will ask the EU commission to draft defence sanctions on Russia following the downing of the Malaysia Airlines plane over eastern Ukraine, Austrian foreign minister Sebastian Kurz said on his way out of the meeting. A further EU summit on adopting the wider sanctions is not excluded.
