Ukraine PM says Russia failed to split EU and US

Ukraine PM Yatsenyuk told media Thursday that "all attempts by Russia to split the EU, and to stop the EU and the US from agreeing, were doomed to failure" after the West imposed new sanctions on Russia Wednesday. Ukraine also accused Russia of shooting down a Ukrainian military plane Thursday.
