EU to conduct Russia gas cut-off 'stress tests'

Outgoing EU commission chief Barroso has said his energy chief, Oettinger, is to perform "stress tests" on how the EU could cope with a "partial or total" interruption in Russia gas supplies. The results are due in time for an EU summit in October, amid stalling Ukraine-Russia gas price talks.
