Morroco ratifies EU fishing deal

Morocco on Tuesday ratified an EU fishing agreement which will see EU vessels returning to the Moroccan coastline after a two-year absence. The EU pays Morocco around €30 million annually. In exchange, Morocco allows 120 EU vessels to catch 80,000 metric tonnes of small pelagic species.
