More women in the European Parliament

The percentage of women in the European Parliament increased from 35.05% in 2009 to 36.88% in 2014, an overview from the newly elected assembly shows. Most German MEPs, 69.79% got re-elected while none of their Greek colleagues were. The oldest MEP is 92 years old and the youngest 26 years.
