“Europe will be saved by ideas, not by limitations"
Renzi at #digitalvenice: single digital market and a single Authority as priorities

Today, the President of the Italian Council of Ministers, Matteo Renzi i, has participated in “Digital Venice”, the initiative promoted by the Italian Presidency of the Council of the European Union, with the support of the European Commission and hosted by the City of Venice.
During the event, which was attended by the Vice-President of the European Commission, Neelie Kroes i, by representatives of the member states and by managers of the leading companies in the digital sector, the Italian Prime Minister reminded how crucial it is to place emphasis on ideas and eliminate limitations to them in the field of innovation applied to everyday life. It is an opportunity which can improve the justice system, reduce bureaucracy and create new jobs. Also for this reason, the President of the Italian Council of Ministers stated that Italy’s renewed efforts on a single digital market and a single digital authority will be of high importance.
