Finnish PM: Ukraine treaty signature is 'historic' moment

Finnish PM Stubb i has said the signature of the Georgia, Moldova, and Ukraine treaties in Brussels on Friday is a "historic" development. He said the revolution in Ukraine "unfolded due the association agreement". EU commission chief Barroso said it shows EU values have the power to "inspire" people.
