Luxembourg adopts same-sex marriage bill

Luxembourg on Wednesday passed a same-sex marriage and adoption rights bill, reports The Independent. Fifty-six MPs voted in favour, while four voted against. "The law will enable gays and lesbians in Luxembourg to marry the person they love," said Human Rights Watch.
