Leaked recording riles Polish government

Polish government officials, in a recording leaked over the weekend, can be heard cutting deals with Poland's central bank chief, reports the Wall Street Journal. Polish law prohibits government interference with the bank. The deal-making involves using the bank to curb government debt in exchange for replacing a finance minister.
