EU to give Spain millions to control irregular migration

Spain is set to receive €10 million from the European commission in its wider efforts to stop irregular migrants from breaching its two North African enclaves, Ceuta and Melilla, reports the AFP. Part of the money will be used to finance voluntary return programmes, improve border fences and reception centres.
