Greek PM Samaras rules out third bailout

Greek PM Antonis Samaras has ruled out a third EU bailout for Greece after it raised €3 billion on Friday in a successful first return to the bond markets in four years. In an article in Sunday's Kathimerini, Samaras declared that the bond issue "rebuffs [speculation] about a third memorandum".
