Merkel accuses Russia of stirring trouble in Ukraine

German Chancellor Angela Merkel i on Wednesday told the Bundestag that Russia is "unfortunately not contributing to de-escalating the situation" in eastern Ukraine. She said Ukraine has the right to determine its own future and EU-IMF loans must be disbursed as quickly as possible after Russia raised Ukraine's gas prices.
