Ukraine crisis could upset Germany's finances

The German plan to have a balanced budget in 2015 could be hindered by the Ukraine crisis, finance minister Wolfgang Schaeuble i told Bild newspaper. The plan is also based on the assumption that the German economy will grow by 2%, although last year economic growth was at only 0.4%.
