Turkey lifts Twitter ban

Turkish authorities on Thursday lifted their two-week ban on Twitter following a ruling by the top court that declared the blockade illegal, reports the Guardian. The ban was imposed over high-level corruption allegations. Turkey's ban on YouTube remains, however. Turkey blocked access to the video-sharing site in late March.
