Belarus asks for Russian fighter jets in response to Nato

Belarus President Alexander Lukashenko has asked Moscow to station up to 15 fighter jets in his country in response to the deployment of Nato planes in Poland, his neighbouring country. "This is a clear escalation of the situation," said Lukashenko, who is also known as "the last dictator of Europe."
