Moody's verhoogt kredietwaardigheid Spanje (en)

Moody's on Wednesday raised Spain's credit rating outlook from "negative" to "stable". The credit rating agency said Spain's public finances are showing improvement but maintained a Baa3 rating for government bonds, the lowest-investment rating. Credit rating agencies S&P and Fitch had also previously raised outlooks for the country.
