EU economics commissioner Rehn in Monday's FAZ said the Commission will Wednesday decide whether it needs to examine Germany's trade surplus more closely. The commission "will have to decide whether a deeper analysis is warranted for Germany," he wrote amid deep debate about the merits of Berlin's trade surplus.
