The Troika's work in bailed-out euro countries "lacked transparency and, at times, credibility," chairman of the European Parliament's economic committee, Sharon Bowles i, has concluded in a statement ahead of parliament's Troika-hearing on Tuesday. "The Troika must be accountable for its decisions and the impact of those decisions," she added.
