Brussels-based transparency watchdog Corporate Europe Observatory on Tuesday filed a complaint to the European Parliament and European Commission's Joint Transparency Register Secretariat against tobacco giant Philip Morris International. CEO says the tobacco giant has provided misleading information on the extent of its lobbying efforts in the EU transparency register.
