Eleven NGOs have written to EU parliament chief Schulz i voicing concern "about the astounding level of access to MEPs by tobacco lobbyists" in the run-up to a vote on a tobacco-control bill. They said 233 MEPs met with representatives of just one firm, Philip Morris, at least once or more.
