Spanje wil af van EU-visa voor reizigers uit Colombia en Peru (en)

Spanish PM Rajoy i has told Colombia and Peru he requested fellow countries in the passport-free Schengen zone to lift short-stay visa requirements for the two states. The European Commission said on Monday it is already "studying" the proposal. Colombian leader Santos described the move as a "great birthday gift."
