China investeert in 'technologiestad' in Wit-Rusland (en)

China is set to invest $5 billion in a new city near the Belarus capital Minsk, reports Bloomberg. The industrial park will be entirely tax free for any high-tech company that invests $5 million with a focus on science. Latvia's pharmaceutical firm Grindeks has expressed interest.
