The High Representative of the European Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy and Vice President of the Commission issued the following statement today:
"Prime Minister Thagi and Prime Minister Dacic continued their discussions and have agreed a fixed text which they are now consulting upon. They will be in touch with me by the end of the week."
