Duitse minister van financiën Schäuble roept op tot tweeledig bankenplan (en)

In a comment piece in Monday's Financial Times, German finance minister Wolfgang Schäuble called for a “two-step approach” towards a European banking union. He suggests that “a network of national authorities" should handle ailing banks until proper EU treaty changes can take place "to anchor" a new central resolution authority.
