Southern Europeans flock to Germany, with immigration hitting a 17-year high last year, data from the German statistics office show, WSJ reports. In total, 1.08 million people moved to Germany in 2012, 13% more than in 2011 with the biggest increase in people coming from Spain, Greece, Portugal and Italy.
