Iceland’s Progressive Party Sunday started talks to form a government with the Independence Party, following elections on 27 April. Both parties oppose Iceland becoming an EU member. Another issue the new coalition will have to tackle is the country's capital controls, in place since Iceland's financial breakdown in 2008.
