European Affairs journalist Peter O’Donnell is joined by Tom Hanney, Irish Ambassador to the EU, to discuss the Single Market Act I. Since one of the Irish Presidency priorities was Growth and Jobs, all dossiers related to this topic were given higher attention.

Since January, the Irish Presidency has worked and is still working to reach agreements within the Council and with the European Parliament on topics such as a new Accounting Directive, Public Procurement and Professional Qualifications.
