Spanje en Italië verliezen zaak over Europees patent (en)

The EU Court of Justice has dismissed actions brought by Spain and Italy against a decision of 25 EU states to go ahead with the single European patent. "The contested decision does not damage the internal market or the economic, social and territorial cohesion of the EU," the court said.
