Huizenprijzen kelderen in Spanje (en)

The EU's statistical office Eurostat said the price of houses in Spain fell 12.8% in the fourth quarter of 2012 when compared to the same period in 2011. It is the largest drop among member states followed by Romania at -9.1% and Slovenia at -8.8%. Latvia registered the highest increase.
