The Belgian government has sent a complaint to the European Commission over Germany's "mini-jobs" saying they undermine EU competition rules. Some 7.5 million people make €3-4 an hour in such jobs, without any social protection, Belgium says, while in Belgium all have to make social security contributions, the BBC reports.
