Cyprus' new finance minister, Harris Georgiades, told press in Nicosia on Wednesday he will implement tough EU bailout terms set out in a recent Memorandum of Understanding. "We shall implement [it] fully and without any derogations. We shall meet all timeframes, we will meet all targets," he said, Reuters reports.
