The Cypriot Parliament has postponed the vote on a controversial proposal that establishes a levy on bank deposits, as part of the bailout negotiations. The European Commission has already guaranteed that this proposal is legal and respects the EU Deposit Guarantee Scheme.
The vote in Parliament will take place Tuesday evening, 19th March.
