European Union leaders should take up the situation in Hungary at their summit this week, EU parliamentarians demanded in talks with EU commission President Barroso on Wednesday, as concerns mount over new changes to the country's constitution, DPA reports. Hungarian Prime Minister i Viktor Orban i is expected to attend the summit.
